Existential suffering has only one cause: ignorance of our true nature. This ignorance is fueled by erroneous beliefs about matter, time, and reality. Everything we perceive is contained within consciousness, and therefore within us.
We are neither a body nor an ego, but consciousness itself, eternal and creative. The universe is created in every moment, guided by a purpose that is both necessary and impossible, and it is this impossibility that makes evolution eternal, and we are that evolution.
